Anti-MMP25 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples, this Antibodies.com polyclonal reagent targets MMP25 (matrix metallopeptidase 25, also referred to as MT6-MMP or leukolysin), a membrane-anchored zinc-dependent endopeptidase involved in extracellular matrix turnover, pericellular proteolysis, leukocyte migration, and tumor invasion research.

The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, packaged as a 100 µl vial. The polyclonal format allows recognition of multiple epitopes across the full-length MMP25 protein in denaturing lysate workflows and in fixed tissue section workflows, giving flexibility when optimizing antibody dilution for WB or IHC protocols.

For storage, keep the glycerol-containing formulation at -20 °C in working aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles and protect from light during handling.
