The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 108–310 of human MMP20 (NP_004762.2). The antibody is purified by affinity purification and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target is 54 kDa. The recommended WB dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000, with concentration specified as lot specific.
