Anti-MMP17 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MMP17 (also referred to as MT4-MMP), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation in liquid form. The antibody is affinity purified and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. It was generated using a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 265-565 of human MMP17 (NP_057239.4) and recognises the target at the expected molecular weight of 75 kDa.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:50-1:200 for IHC. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
