Anti-MMP16 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit against MMP16 and is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The reagent is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 290–565 of human MMP16 (NP_005932.2). The antibody reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 70 kDa.
