Anti-MMP14 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com as a research-grade primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MMP14 (matrix metalloproteinase-14, also known as MT1-MMP), generated using a recombinant human MMP14 protein as the immunogen and affinity-purified on the immunogen. The antibody is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% (v/v) glycerol, and is presented in unconjugated format suitable for standard label-free detection workflows. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and has been demonstrated to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it a broadly useful reagent across human cell-based studies and rodent model systems. The antibody detects the endogenous total level of MMP14 protein and is shipped refrigerated at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles kept to a minimum to preserve activity.
