Anti-MMP11 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against matrix metalloproteinase-11 (MMP-11), also known as stromelysin-3, STMY3, and SL-3, and detects the endogenous level of total MMP11. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to human MMP11, and the antibody is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The 50 µL vial is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and the reagent is validated for Western blot applications on human, mouse, and rat samples. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography against the immunogen, and the product is shipped on cold packs from St. Louis, MO. Upon delivery, the antibody should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
