Description
This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MMP-8 and is supplied in unconjugated format. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.
Produced in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent, the antibody was raised against recombinant full length Human MMP-8 and detects endogenous levels of MMP-8 protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol. The expected molecular weight of the target is approximately 55 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
