Anti-MMP-7 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified from antiserum by epitope-specific immunogen chromatography, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the matrix metalloproteinase MMP-7 and is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl format. The unconjugated antibody is formulated in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant, and the IgG fraction is intended for Western blotting and immunohistochemistry on human, mouse, and rat samples. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from human MMP-7, allowing the reagent to recognise endogenous levels of total MMP-7 protein across the three species listed.
