Anti-MMP-3 (S453) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against MMP-3 (S453) is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent. It was raised in rabbit using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 411–460 of human MMP-3, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, giving a purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The antibody detects endogenous levels of MMP-3 protein and is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 56 kDa.
