Anti-MMP-3 Antibody

The antibody is unconjugated and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from human MMP-3), allowing it to detect endogenous levels of total MMP-3 protein. Validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), it shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it a practical choice for cross-species studies of extracellular matrix remodelling and related inflammatory processes. The reagent is formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol.
