Anti-MMP-3 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets matrix metalloproteinase-3 (MMP-3) and is supplied as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The unconjugated antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human MMP-3, then affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, and it detects endogenous levels of MMP-3 (IgG isotype). It is recommended for ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, and has been validated on Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The vial is shipped on cold packs at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
