Anti-MMP-23 (V371) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MMP-23 (V371) and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 341–390 of Human MMP-23, and specifically detects endogenous levels of MMP-23 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a reported purity of > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The MMP-23 target has a molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa.

The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
