Anti-MMP-19 (G44) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MMP-19 and is specific for the G44 epitope. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and is supplied unconjugated.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 12-60 of human MMP-19. The antibody detects endogenous levels of MMP-19 protein and is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
