Anti-MMP-16 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against a synthetic peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human MMP-16 (also known as MT3-MMP, MT-MMP 3, MTMMP3, MMP-X2, and Membrane-type-3 matrix metalloproteinase). The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography and is supplied as a liquid in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. Presented in a 50 µL vial and unconjugated, the IgG polyclonal is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), and it detects endogenous levels of MMP-16 across human, mouse and rat samples.
