Anti-MMP-13 (L22) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MMP-13 is available from Antibodies.com. Raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids at the N-terminus of human MMP-13, the unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody specifically detects endogenous MMP-13 protein, recognising the approximately 60 kDa latent form and the approximately 48 kDa active form. Purity is reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, following affinity purification from rabbit antiserum via affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. Two scientific images are included.
