Anti-MMP-10 (I387) Antibody

This polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com was raised in rabbit against the I387 epitope of MMP-10 (matrix metalloproteinase 10, also called stromelysin-2), a zinc-dependent endopeptidase that cleaves fibronectin, laminin, nidogen, and several collagen subtypes during extracellular matrix remodeling. The unconjugated reagent is supplied in a vial as 50 µl at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, pH approximately 7.2.
