From Antibodies.com, this unconjugated Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MMP-1 (H440) and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.
The antibody was generated in rabbit using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 411–460 of human MMP-1 as the immunogen, and it reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It detects endogenous levels of MMP-1 protein. The reagent was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of > 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target runs at a molecular weight of ~ 54 kDa.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
