Anti-MMP-1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against the matrix metalloproteinase MMP-1 (interstitial collagenase), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human and mouse samples. MMP-1 is a zinc-dependent endopeptidase best known for initiating cleavage of fibrillar type I, II, and III collagen during extracellular matrix turnover, supporting research into wound remodeling, tumor cell invasion, inflammatory joint disease, and fibrotic tissue responses.
