The Antibodies.com Anti-MME polyclonal antibody is a rabbit-hosted reagent for membrane metalloendopeptidase (MME), a zinc-dependent type II transmembrane endopeptidase also known as neprilysin, neutral endopeptidase, CD10, and CALLA. The antibody is supplied as a 100 µl vial at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, enabling refrigerated storage with stable performance across routine freeze-thaw cycles in research workflows.

Validated across human, mouse, and rat samples, the antibody supports western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry applications. MME is a well-characterized metallopeptidase that degrades amyloid-beta peptide in neural tissue and several vasoactive peptides in the periphery, making it relevant to Alzheimer's disease research, cardiovascular studies, and renal physiology. In tumor biology and hematopathology, CD10 immunostaining remains a routinely used marker for germinal center B cells, follicular lymphoma, Burkitt lymphoma, and clear cell renal carcinoma.

As an unconjugated polyclonal reagent, it can be paired with HRP-labeled, biotinylated, or fluorophore-conjugated secondaries depending on the detection platform. The format works with cell culture lysates, frozen and paraffin-embedded tissue sections, and surface staining of live or fixed cell suspensions in flow cytometry panels.
