From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets CD10, also known as MME. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid and reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It has been validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 220-340 of human CD10/MME (NP_000893.2), with a molecular weight of 100 kDa. The antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:100-1:500 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for immunohistochemistry. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
