Anti-MMACHC Antibody

A primary antibody from Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against CAPN3. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and supplied as a liquid preparation purified by affinity chromatography. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–150 of human CAPN3 (NP_775111.1). The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 114 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.30) containing 0.02% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol.

For Western blot, the manufacturer recommends dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
