Anti-MLXIPL Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MLXIPL (also known as CHREBP) is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG primary antibody. The reagent is validated for Western blot and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 17–175 of human MLXIPL (NP_116569.1). Reported molecular weights are 72 kDa and 110 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended Western blot dilution is 1:500–1:1,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. It is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
