Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Mlx (Q136) and is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. It is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 102–150 of Human Mlx and detects endogenous levels of Mlx protein. The reported molecular weight of the target is ~33 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity of >95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
