Anti-MLST8 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit and directed against MLST8, a target also referred to as G protein beta subunit like (GBL). The reagent is of the IgG isotype, supplied unconjugated in liquid form, and prepared by affinity purification.

The antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–326 of human MLST8 (NP_001186103.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 41 kDa.

It is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000 IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
