Anti-MLST8 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a recombinant human MLST8 immunogen and is intended for the detection of endogenous total MLST8 protein (also known as GBL or mTOR-associated protein LST8 homolog). Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline pH 7.4 containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody is offered in a 50 µl pack size and is of the IgG isotype. It has been validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with demonstrated reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. For optimal stability, the vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon receipt and stored long-term at -20 °C, taking care to avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. This research-use-only reagent is distributed through AFMS and is well suited to studies of mTOR complex signalling, where MLST8 serves as a shared component of mTORC1 and mTORC2.
