Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MLST8, also known as G protein beta subunit like (GBL), from Antibodies.com. The reagent is an unconjugated IgG validated for Western blot and reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It has been KO validated.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1–326 of human MLST8 (NP_001186103.1). The target has a molecular weight of 37 kDa. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. Concentration is lot specific. The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
