Anti-MLN Antibody

Raised in rabbit against human motilin (MLN), this polyclonal primary antibody is supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated 100 µl liquid aliquot for use in research applications. Motilin is a 22-amino acid peptide hormone secreted by enteroendocrine M cells of the upper small intestine and drives phase III of the interdigestive migrating motor complex, making the target relevant to studies of fasting-associated gastrointestinal motility, enteric signaling, and the ghrelin-family peptide axis.

Validated applications include Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF). The reagent supports western blot detection of motilin-immunoreactive bands in tissue lysates and immunofluorescence localization in human gastrointestinal sections.
