Anti-MLLT3 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit and offered by Antibodies.com, targeting MLLT3 (also known as AF9). The reagent is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and supplied as a liquid. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications with a recommended working dilution of 1:500-1:2,000 and reacts with human samples.

The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 1-150 of human MLLT3/AF9 (NP_004520.2), expressed as a recombinant fusion protein. The target runs at approximately 70 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reagent is intended for research use only and is not for diagnostic or therapeutic use.
