Anti-MLL5 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against the human MLL5 protein (also referenced as KMT2E, inactive histone-lysine N-methyltransferase 2E, or myeloid/lymphoid or mixed-lineage leukemia protein 5). The immunogen is a recombinant human MLL5 protein, and the antibody is affinity-purified on the immunogen to deliver specific detection of endogenous total MLL5 levels in experimental samples. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The conjugate is unconjugated, leaving the reagent fully compatible with user-selected secondary-labeling strategies. Validated applications include Western Blotting (WB), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and Immunohistochemistry (IHC). Reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples, supporting work across standard mammalian model systems.
