Anti-MLKL Antibody

Sourced from Antibodies.com, this recombinant rabbit monoclonal reagent is raised against MLKL (mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein, Q8NB16) and supplied as an unconjugated primary antibody for research use only. Each vial contains 50 µL of antibody formulated in 1× TBS at pH 7.4 with 1% BSA and 40% glycerol, and preserved with 0.05% sodium azide to maintain stability during storage at –20 °C. The antibody is a recombinant rabbit monoclonal of the IgG isotype, unconjugated and produced in rabbit host cells, with reactivity confirmed against human samples. It has been validated for two routine immunoassays – Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) – making it well suited for studies of necroptosis signalling pathways where endogenous MLKL expression needs to be monitored in cell lysates or fixed tissue sections.
