Anti-MLKL Antibody

Raised against the Mixed Lineage Kinase Domain-Like (MLKL) protein in rabbits, this recombinant monoclonal reagent from Antibodies.com targets the terminal effector of necroptosis — the caspase-independent, lytic cell-death program driven by the receptor-interacting protein kinases RIPK1 and RIPK3. After phosphorylation at its activation loop by RIPK3, MLKL oligomerizes and translocates to the plasma membrane to execute membrane rupture, and reliable detection of this protein underpins research on programmed necrosis, innate immune defence, and inflammation-driven tissue injury. Supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antibody in 1×TBS (pH 7.4) with 1% BSA, 40% glycerol, and 0.05% sodium azide as preservative, the clone is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human specimens.
