Anti-MLK3 (phospho-T277/S281) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises MLK3 when phosphorylated at Threonine 277 and Serine 281. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was raised against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MLK3 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 277 and Serine 281, and detects endogenous levels of human MLK3 when phosphorylated at Thr602 and Ser281. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2, and the target has a reported molecular weight of approximately 93 and 100 kDa.
