Anti-MLH3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against MLH3. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG, it is validated for Western blot in human samples and is also listed for immunofluorescence applications. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1180–1429 of human MLH3 (NP_055196.2), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 164 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified and presented as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:2,000. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
