Anti-MLH1 (S467) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MLH1 at residue S467, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE.

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 450–500 of human MLH1 and detects endogenous levels of MLH1 protein. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and ICC/IF applications, and reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and recognises a target protein with a molecular weight of ~85 kDa.
