Anti-MLANA Antibody

Polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit against MLANA (also known by the synonyms MART-1 and Melan-A). The reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody was generated using recombinant human MLANA protein as immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography, and it detects endogenous levels of total MLANA. Supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The product is shipped at 4°C; aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Two scientific validation images are available.
