Anti-MLANA Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MLANA, the gene product also known as Melan-A or MART-1, supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for research use. The antibody is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and produced in rabbit. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF / ICC/IF) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 48–118 of human Melan-A/MART-1 (NP_005502.1).

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, the antibody has been affinity purified and recognises a target of 19 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
