Anti-MKS1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MKS1, available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. The unconjugated IgG antibody is raised in rabbit and shows reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 150–300 of human MKS1 (NP_060247.2). The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been purified by affinity purification. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The molecular weight is 80 kDa and concentration is lot specific. One scientific validation image is available.
