Description
Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against MKP1, offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated preparation. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of MKP1 protein. The immunogen was recombinant full length Human MKP1, and the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity of >95% (by SDS-PAGE). The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with the target migrating at approximately 39 kDa.
