Anti-MKP1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets MKP1 (dual specificity phosphatase 1, DUSP1), a stress-inducible nuclear enzyme that deactivates p38, JNK, and ERK1/2 mitogen-activated protein kinases by removing phosphate groups from both phosphothreonine and phosphotyrosine residues in their activation loops.
