Anti-MKP-3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified by epitope-specific affinity chromatography from antiserum, this polyclonal IgG reagent is supplied by Antibodies.com as a 50 µl liquid formulation at 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody is unconjugated and was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human MKP-3 (also known as DUSP6, PYST1, MAP kinase phosphatase 3, and Dual specificity protein phosphatase 6), enabling it to detect endogenous levels of the MKP-3 phosphatase in human, mouse and rat samples. Validated applications include ELISA, Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), making it suitable for a wide range of expression and localisation studies. For best stability the vial is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
