Anti-MKP-2 (Y108) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MKP-2 (Y108), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated primary reagent. The antibody is raised in rabbit and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity of > 95% (by SDS-PAGE). It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 80-130 of Human MKP-2. The antibody detects endogenous levels of MKP-2 protein and is validated for WB and IHC, with reactivity reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The target protein migrates at approximately 44 kDa.
