Anti-MKP-1/2 (Q290) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com, is raised against MKP-1/2 (Q290) and validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is provided at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

Immunogenicity was achieved using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 260–310 of human MKP-1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of MKP-1/2 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, yielding a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of ~41 kDa, and the product is accompanied by one scientific validation image.
