Anti-MKL1 Antibody

An unconjugated, affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody directed against MKL1 (also known as Mkl1/MRTFA). The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human MKL1 and is supplied in liquid form in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples, and the target is reported at a molecular weight of 145 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (recommended dilution 1:500–1:2,000) and immunoprecipitation (1:50–1:200). Shipped at 4°C; on arrival, aliquot and store at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Provided by Antibodies.com.
