Anti-MKL1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MKL1 (also known as Mkl1/MRTFA). The unconjugated IgG reagent has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and Immunoprecipitation (IP), and it reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human MKL1 (NP_065882.1), and the target has a molecular weight of 145 kDa. The antibody is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200, ICC/IF 1:50–1:200, and IP 1:20–1:50. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
