Anti-MKK6 (Ab-207) Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MKK6 (also known as MAP Kinase Kinase 6 or MAP2K6), a dual-specificity kinase positioned upstream of p38 MAPK in the cellular stress response pathway. Raised in rabbit and supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated serum, the reagent recognizes an epitope in the region of residue 207 of human MKK6, which lies within a region relevant to kinase regulation.

The antibody has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows, and cross-reacts with mouse and rat orthologs in addition to human MKK6.
