Anti-MKI67 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting MKI67 (Ki67), distributed by Antibodies.com. The unconjugated, liquid reagent is affinity purified and validated for Western blot.

Immunisation used a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 460–680 of human Ki67, with the antigen sequence derived from human origin. The product is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has a predicted molecular weight of 359 kDa. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot, and a starting concentration of 1 µg/ml is suggested for ELISA. Reactivity has been demonstrated with human and mouse samples. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
