Anti-MITF (phospho-S180) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MITF (phospho-S180). It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MITF around the phosphorylation site of Serine 180. The antibody detects endogenous levels of MITF protein only when phosphorylated at Ser180.

Supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 59 kDa.
