Anti-MITF (G174) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to MITF (G174), offered by Antibodies.com, is validated for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, detecting endogenous levels of MITF protein.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 141-190 of Human MITF. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 59 kDa, and the antibody has been affinity-purified by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
