Anti-MITF Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody targeting MITF, listed by Antibodies.com within their Primary Antibodies catalogue. The unconjugated reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) applications and shows reactivity with Human and Mouse samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-280 of human MITF (NP_937801.1). It is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified preparation with a reported molecular weight range of 50 - 70 kDa. The formulation consists of Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300.

The product ships at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided. For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:100-1:500 is suggested, and one scientific validation image is available. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
