Anti-MIP 1 alpha Antibody [426]

A mouse monoclonal antibody targeting Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 1 alpha, offered by Antibodies.com. The clone (426) is of IgG1 isotype and unconjugated, validated for ELISA application and reactive with human samples.

The immunogen used was purified recombinant human MIP-1a. Cross-reactivity testing confirms this antibody does not recognise M-CSF, GM-CSF, IL-7, IL-8, IL-16, IL-1ß, bFGF, TGF-ß, EGF, TNF-a and EPO. The product is purified via Protein G affinity chromatography.

Supplied as a lyophilised preparation from a 0.01M Phosphate Buffered Saline solution at pH 7.2, with concentration being reconstitution dependent. Reconstitute with double distilled water. Shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
